Privacy
Your visit, your data
The short version: no accounts, no ads, and no cookies unless you say yes to counting your visit.
Who runs this site
twelvepoints.tv is an independent fan site. Questions about your data: info@twelvepoints.tv.
What every visit involves
- Server logs. Like any website, our server sees your IP address, the page you asked for, the time and your browser's name. We use this only to keep the site running and secure, and we don't keep it longer than needed for that.
- Your settings stay in your browser. Your choice of light or dark mode and your cookie choice are kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
- Fonts and photos come from our own server, so loading a page doesn't contact anyone else.
- Maps. Pages with a venue map load map tiles from OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address to send them.
- Song previews stream from Apple or Deezer, only when you press play. They receive your IP address to deliver the clip.
Counting visits (only if you accept)
If you choose “Accept”, we use Google Analytics to learn which pages are read and how people find them. Nothing from Google loads until you accept.
- Cookies:
_gaand_ga_…, which tell your visits apart without knowing who you are. They last up to 13 months. - What Google receives: the pages you view, roughly where you are (country and city), your device and browser type, and how you arrived. Google Analytics doesn't store your IP address. Advertising features are switched off.
- Who processes it: Google Ireland Limited, on our behalf. Google may transfer data to the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your rights
