Who votes for whom

Every row is a country giving, every column a country receiving. The colour is the share of the maximum it could have given, over every time both were in the same show. 100% would mean the top mark every single time.

The heatmap needs JavaScript. The strongest pairs are also listed in Quirks.

Shares are comparable across scoring systems because each set of votes is measured against its own top mark (12 since 1975, less in some earlier systems). "Voting blocs" orders countries so that those who vote alike sit together; the bright squares along the diagonal are the blocs. Click any square to compare the two countries.
